Wellstar Kennestone hospital practices need to be investigate. I have a original document from Magen Durden stating; ""You will need someone accompany you OR have arrangements made for transportation home after the procedure / test from the Hospital"". WellStar Kennestone REFUSES to honor this process !!!

I don’t even want to give a star. My father, who is 82 yrs old, walked in on his own accord a week ago today for severe abdominal pain. Today he when he left, he couldn’t walk. My mom repeatedly asked for physical therapy to be done day to help with his arthritis and breathing exercises and none where preformed. I’m extremely upset at the lack of care given to my father.

My 25 year old son arrived at 7 p.m and was D/C at 10 p.m.. last night 5/25/23 for abnormal EKG done at the urgent care. We were told to go to ER for further evaluation by urgent care. I am a nurse with a different company and my son's father is a doctor in private practice. With that being said, we received excellent care and everyone ( I mean everyone) was overly attentive and extremely efficient. Correct evaluation and tests were done. I have been to this ER many years ago and back then was very unimpressed, but they ... read more

This place is horrible! Billing irregularities (ahem), particularly with Medicare. Submitted complaint through the whistleblower website. Staff are scammy and pedestrian. Double billing is rampant. Everyone there seems angry.

Wellstar Kennestone hospital practices need to be investigate. They are double billing. They sent a hospital bill and a separate bill from an outside company for the doctor. They even lied saying the insurance company didn't pay so you will have to. Come to find our it was never submitted. Dangerous practices. Close all their doors.

Stay away from Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. Have the ambulance take you anywhere else. It would take way too long to tell how horrible being in Wellstar Kennestone Hospital is.

I was in hospital for artery value replacement. It was suppose to be a simple TAVR that is not open heart surgery. They sent me home next day, and I kept telling them after I went home that I was in severe pain, and my leg was black and blue all the way to my foot. The nurse did not listen and on the 3rd day after I came home i was in so much pain that i went by ambulance to emergency room where iI had to wait over an hour.. I was taken directly to surgery where I had to receive 3 pints of blood. The plug had come out and i ... read more
