I went to WellStar *********** in ********* and paid cash for services rendered. I was told I would pay 20 additional dollars to send the urine out. I received a **** for ****** and I have called and have been given the run around. I am paying this ****, but I will not set foot in a WellStar again.

I'd give a zero if I could. I was making monthly payments every month since January. In November I got married and missed ONE payment. I had spoken to someone via the mychart help service. They told me missing 1 would be fine that I could pay the 151 the next month it came due. I thought it was took care of until I went to pay it today and they sent it to a collections agency. I do not recommend coming here for any of your issues. I wouldn't take my sick hamster here.

Wellstar KENNESAW Medical Center 3805 Cherokee St NW Specifically the office of Dr Tami ****** This office has denied me medical care on several occasions within the last year. I called to make my yearly appointment and was told I was no longer a patient because I had not been to the Dr in over a year (during COVID lock downs 2020) and that they were no longer accepting new patients. Wellstar is scamming people out of their money and I have proof for it. I am in talks with my lawyer on how to proceed with this and get the best result out of this situation, if possible. Get read, Wellstar, it is going to be fun! They are charging 3 different prices for the same procedures at the same facility. A fact that I realized through total confusion on the part of their staff. I have insurance but I declined to use it. On my 97-year-old mother's first visit, the exam room had discarded band-aid wrappers and a used toenail clipper in a tray at the foot of the exam chair. The nurse immediately cleaned the room while we waited and used a disinfectant spray that caused my mother and I to cough through our masks. After that, Dr. ****** used a sharp implement on the tip of my mother's toe to debride the affected area without numbing it first. It was a bit uncomfortable for my her. I went for a covid test ended up lock in a hospital for six to seven days in January begging them to let me go home. Never was able to go home but a few weeks later looked in the portal found a bill for $17000+ and my insurance refused the bill but paid close to $9000+ but they want all the money like I made a complaint which was overturn which fed spoiled food and treated like I was detained in jail. So mentally and emotionally hurt through this ordeal ended up getting fired because of this hospital detaining me.

Wellstar kenmar pediatrics Marietta office - I took my 1 year and 4 year old for covid testing. They took the samples, which was so traumatic for kids and after awaiting 3 days they sent me a note that test is negative, I asked the test results and then after multiple calls with them, it was mentioned that the samples were never sent to the lab. And now as its been 3 days those samples cant be used. It was clinic's responsibility to send the tests to lab and get us the result. Overall it is so stressful and unreliable. This ... read more

I went to WellStar Ortho sport physical therapy at Acworth Health Part . Couple months ago. They did nothing for me and trying to Diagnose the problem without Following the doctor's orders what the issue is. They sent me home with some home Exercises to do and when at my apt they just wanted me to do my home exercises and end my physical therapy apt . This went on for over two weeks. They did nothing to help me beside charging me a fat bill Thanks WellStar ortho sport physical therapy for doing **** ****

My wife recently had to have a hysterectomy, while the procedure performed by the Dr went well she got an infection somehow from the hospital which led her to have to be admitted into the hospital. They really didn't/couldn't give us an explanation of how or what the infection was just wanted to push antibiotic through an IV in her (which even after releasing her the infection was still present and had to take more antibiotics at home).
