These people suck. They are very neglectful in their treatment of patients. My grandmother was there all we wanted were fluids and antibiotics. But because she was 95 YOUR hospitalist said just let her die. Your staff absolutely sucks. I know because I am in healthcare.
I was there for a week. The nurses there are great! So caring! Was impressed!
I went in there for blood work for diabetes, they tested me for everything but diabetes then when i did my follow up and she wanted me to come back again for the 3rd time for something that should have happened with the first appointment, but i was too broke to go again!!! Called up there today to make an appointment, because now i lost the feelings in the tips of my toes and the lady on the phone was very short and rude! My husband had emergency surgery at Wellstar Douglas in September and again this month. We could not have asked for better care from the moment we entered until he was discharged this past Sunday. Everyone was kind, caring and professional. I would recommend this facility to everyone.
When I walked into the ER, they checked my vital signs and as I was going back to the waiting room, they told me a room was ready. I've never sat in the waiting room. The Nurses and Drs. Took really great care of me.
I recently spent 3 nights and 2-1/2 days at Wellstar Douglas and I was very pleased with all the care I received. All the Nurses and Doctors were very attentive and pleasant. Every staff member who came into my room always ask if they could do anything or bring me anything before they left. The food was excellent. I had several meals and they were all excellent.
