Dr. Cardel is such an amazing doctor! Very thorough and understanding. Thank you so much Dr. Cardel for everything you did for me today! And Amber (RN) is soooo sweet and great at what she does!
I went here with chest pain and shortness of breath. They took me in immediately. I was admitted and over the next 24 hours was given every heart test plus a few others. It was determined that my heart was fine however I had a gallbladder attack. Will have surgery soon. I could not have asked for better care. Every person I came in touch with was so nice right up to the people who delivered meals to housekeeping.
They have some of the most disrespectful people working there. The charge nurse JOY in the emergency room had an attitude with me when I called about a prescription that was wrote and got very disrespectful and hung up I'm my face and cancelled my meds so I couldn't get them filled after I just had kidney surgery three days ago ! I will be going up there Monday morning with my lawyer since she wanted to act like a rude ass bitch.
Slow ER! What's the point of adding the kid section if you can't staff it and get kids back in a timely manner?? There is no communication with patients about wait times either.
