This hospital has the longest wait time I’ve ever seen. I came in today to make sure my hand wasn’t broken and you can visibly see that it’s probably broken. I’ve been here 2 hours. In the time I’ve been waiting I have seen 5 different families come in after me and get seen before me. All with trivial or minor problems. I am fed up. This hospital needs to be shut down. They are very unprofessional. This is only ONE of the problems I’ve had here.
Horrible wait time! Waited over two hours only to find out the peds was not open! That is something they should have told me when i signed in. I finally left after 2.5 hours and was never seen by a doctor
Improve wait times. Build more triage rooms. Three is not enough.

Always slow. Receptionist has an attitude. You’re waiting for extremely long periods of time to be seen. I hate coming here.

Waited in the emergency for hours. Three hours later watched four people who came after me be seen. The explanation was unheard of. “Because their issues aren’t as severe”. Horrible service.
Just wanted to say my mom hazel cansler was in the hospital Sunday night thru today. Your professional service has changed. So much for the better. Very pleased with everybody I came in contact with nurses. Drs even in the cafeteria very helpful Mom was in room 343 Her nurses Amanda Tucker. Chelsea. Sam and mark very amazing to her. Thank you so very much means alot.
