I have been there many times and never had anything but extremely competent and friendly staff. You are made to feel you are family. I have the highest regard for all of them. The BEST for me
I currently see Dr Young and DO NOT recommend her for anything! Waits longer than an hour when I am ON TIME and barely in the room for 5 minutes! Does not care if you are in pain or not! I’m currently looking for a new doctor if anyone knows one! Not sure if there’s any that actually care about patients!
Was there Monday for bronchitis infection and sinues issue, The doctor gave me a good exam lus a breathing treatment sterroid shot and 4 prescriptions. They are very professional there and the place is kept extremenly clean. have been there several times when I cant' get in to se my primary care doctor. I would back again I highly recommend Acworth Health Park
We come to this facility for our annual check ups and like the environment courtesy and facilities here !
Our Primary, (Dr. Bourne) Cardiology (Dr. Okundaye), Pulmonist (Dr. Dowdell) are all seen at this facility and all are first rate Have also used the Urgent Care and imaging and lab services and have been provided great care. After years of driving back and forth to Emory (husband is a transplant patient) - being able to go some place local is heavenly.. no traffic!
I had a wonderful experience at this Urgent Care. I came in with a thumb laceration and a nurse looked at me immediately and helped stop the bleeding. I registered (first time here) and waited about 5 minutes. They brought me to the back and did the normal checks (temp, blood pressure, etc.) and prepped me for stitches. I then waited not even 5 more minutes before the doctor (Dr. Lawless) came in and took care of me. I was patched up (3 stiches!) and sent home within 45 mins of arriving at the facility. My wife and 7 year old daughter have been at Urgent care since 7:30 tonight, sprained ankle, it’s 10:30 now and they have seen 1 nurse that took her temperature. STILL WAITING on an X-ray........3 HOURS LATER. What a joke.
3 hours is a ridiculously long wait time to have a child seen.
