Wellspan Ortho could improve by actually calling patients back when they say they will. I saw a doctor on Monday night (February 4). The doctor said he was entering a referral for PT in my chart, and they would call me to set up an appointment. Five days later, no call received. Way to follow up, Wellspan.
Just spoke with Jade about making an appointment and she was terrific! Very professional and just sweet all around!

They explain everything they are doing and answer any concerns immediately and genuinely CARE about their patients. They are top notch!
