No one answers the phone. Sure, you can leave a message but are they are too poor to hire someone to answer the phone or is the profit margin more important? Some of the office messages you scroll through are dripping with anxiety.......I'll go elsewhere.
I have called three times to find the new location of my physician who recently left there. Each time I am told they don't know where he went and the office manager may know and will return my call. To date my call has not been returned. Why are you interfering with my ability to receive medical treatment? These practices are highly unethical.
Lots of easy parking. The place is always clean. Everyone is always go friendly and helpful. I've been there multiple times for different things and am always pleased with the service I receive.
Dr. Michaels saved my life. He is my hero! His staff are caring, but getting them on the phone is a lesson in patience...
