Very frustrating experience at WellSpace Clinic, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. First, the staff’s behavior was incredibly unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of courtesy and professionalism that set the tone for the entire visit. I recently visited and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The front desk staff, especially the gentleman on duty, were extremely unprofessional. They treated patients in a very rough and rude manner, which created a stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s crucial for staff in such a setting to be compassionate and polite, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. After a very serious hospital stay, it took 6 weeks to get a follow up appointment with my PCP. My very necessary prescriptions from that Hospital Visit RAN OUT before my appt. My office visit appt was changed to a phone appt a couple of hours before. 2 weeks since that appt, many many phone calls from me and my pharmacy as well as a drive to the Rancho Office and i still do not have one of the most important prescriptions. What is going on??? what is wrong with this place?????? They ignore the Pharmacy too????
