Got handed to him from my regular Lawyer who did my Arbitration which we refused settlement amount and was his 1st case ever case . He didn't even show up for pre trial mtg on Sunday he arranged / we waited for 3 hours at office , then Monday morning settled out of court a no lose case . He said was looking at lights & blinds for house with wife Sunday / never appoligized for our treatment . Sent a bill for over $1,000 and I disputed , so regular Lawyer waived his fee and let this poor excuse for an attorney be paid .
