I wouldn't recommend Wells to anyone! Very rude workers and poor, poor, poor customer service!!! I wouldn't take anything, even if they gave it away. I would rather take my business elsewhere!
They hate their customers. So rude to us the minute we walked in the door. Hate filled people who should stay home
RecommendedBeen going on Mother’s Day weekend for at least 10 years with my daughter and buy a van full every year❣️ we make several trips in one day always! Their flowers are gorgeous and very affordable and always healthy!!
The staff are incredibly rude! I would rather spend my money at a place that is welcoming and provides great customer service. This IS NOT that place and I will never be back.
I have been doing business with Wells for 20 years. I have always enjoyed plants purchased there. However, I had the misfortune to purchase a houseplant that was less than par and decided to go ask for a replacement after less than 10 days. I was very disappointed with the treatment and finger pointing I received; barely stopping short of actually calling me a liar. (I think you could have better disguised the shared eye rolls) Sorry Wells, I'm done. You have lost my business and all future referrals.
very good plants and large selection
The selection of plants was lovely. Unfortunately, as we walked in with two small children, one employee was dropping the F-bomb and overall the employees were not behaving in a professional manner. This is the closest greenhouse to our home but I think this will likely be our first and last visit. Not a very family friendly atmosphere.
