Says they offer notary service, which is by appointment only even though the lady is there not currently doing anything. They made me set up an appointment for them to tell me that the lady doesn’t feel comfortable notarizing my documents for my medical license. Last time I checked a notary is a notary and literally you’re only job is to watch me sign a document and say it was me that signed it. The staff are so friendly and helpful!
This isn't about my experience as much as it is about the changes that the levittown branch has made to the interior of their facility. As a disabled American it is very nice to have counters that are made just for the disabled and the ATM as well is much easier to use and more importantly, see. I must also commend you on your customer service. I was recently there to get copes of important papers and instead of seeing me leave and come back, they ask what I needed, took me out of line and put me in contact face to face with... read more
