Do not take anything you need notarized to Wells Fargo bank they will not do it right the courthouse would not accept what they did and they would not even fix their mess up
I joined this bank because my Husband originally banks here. Needless to say it’s been an adjustment getting used to their ways coming from a credit union. It’s fine I can overlook all that because a bank will not be the same as a credit union, however; customer service should be good no matter where you go. This bank (branch) in Troy is LAUGHABLE. They only ever have one teller open for customers. They all act like zombies with no sense of urgency or care for their customers. What really drew the line for me is this morning... read more

I've been with Wells Fargo for many years. Best bank hands down. Highly recommend.
Terrible experience with customer service, difficulty even trying to open new accounts, and most recently holding deposits for extended periods of time with no notice causing bills to not clear. Lots of excuses, not acceptable
