Whatever you do do not try to refinance with Wells Fargo. 30 days turned into 6 months. We had to get an appraisal 500$. We can passed everything they asked for but they have a program called loan tracker. We could never get the documents to open. Then we needed verification of employment from their program. We resent this verification program about 10 times. They could not open the documents. We had the same jobs for over 10 years. Direct deposit. Into Wells Fargo bank. Don’t let them mess with you. Not suddenly close down and only have appointments. Have a web site that's accessible to people with older devices. Hire enough people to man the telephones when they suddenly shut down.
Their customer service needs a LOT of improvements. I am at the Ceres CA branch waiting to complete a transaction inside for over 20 minutes now. Is is very hard for me to believe that although the bank is fully staffed only to registers are open!!! The rest of the employees are just milking about sitting at their desks when there is a line with more than 20 people waiting!!!
Fast, courteous service. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for almost 40 years now and have never had a problem with them at all.
