Call to open an account and the banker on the phone was really rude! They will not get my business!
Would give zero stars if possible. Worst branch of all the WF's in Wallingford, Meriden, North Haven. Unfriendly, and some staff do not seem to understand banking regulations. Other branches are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and treat you like they want you to bank with them. After 38 years of being a customer, it's disappointing that the staff of this branch turned over, almost entirely, in the Wells Fargo takeover a few years ago.
