So our Wallingford branch has decided to get rid of the 4 drive through bays. Of which, only one has been open for years. I have noticed the last few months it takes maybe 10 minutes for someone to come on the camera to acknowledge getting the tube and taking care of your request. Then I found out the counter people are basically doing double duty and you have to wait until one is free. Since COVID this branch has gone way down hill. I guess it is time to take my business elsewhere.
I went to the bank to get a paper notarized that required a witness. The bank refused to have a teller be the witness, even though there weren’t any other customers in the building. Very disappointing, what is the point of having an account and not being able to use all of the services that come with being a customer.
Wells Fargo has gone downhill, closing branches, reducing staff. Long waits to perform financial transactions. Tellers are accommodating and pleasant doing the best with they have what they have. Corporate who get paid by us customers should be more concerned rather than just walking home with inflated salaries. EDIT: I have to give credit where credit is due. can’t tell you how long i’ve been cashing my checks here, Joshua has done them a lot and is so friendly always helping me out. Every Friday i look forward coming in and having a good experience here through the environment and the people.
