This banks' policy of requiring the acct holder to be present in order to make a cash deposit is utterly ridiculous.why do I need to be there to make a cash deposit but if it's a check deposit I don't. Makes no sense to me and as a handicapped person I find this to be particularly distressing. No one has been able to explain this crazy policy to me and I am seriously considering making a complaint to the federal agency that over sees handicapped regulations. Wells Fargo has gone downhill, closing branches, reducing staff. Long waits to perform financial transactions. Tellers are accommodating and pleasant doing the best with they have what they have. Corporate who get paid by us customers should be more concerned rather than just walking home with inflated salaries.
