Although I didn't buy the car that I looked at, the response was quick and I was able to see the car the same day I called. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the vehicle but it was a used car so my expectations weren't super high. The service was really good, though.
Salesman quoted a price after supervisor approval then next day finance manager negated the deal & insisted on the original list price - nothing was signed was their argument. Bad business tactic so I was disappointed.
Saw a guy named Andy. He was super nice and helpful and not pushy at all. I would highly recommend Wells to anyone.
