Doctors and nurses are great.. Front office is a completely different story very rude!!! and not helpful!!! I even heard them talking about me while I was waiting for my appt. hearing them say can she hear me? "She thinks I'm the devil" Very unprofessional... I told them several times I didn't understand my insurance plan and the first two trips they told me my office visits were no charge the 3rd visit I had a huge bill that they said I had to pay and didn't explain it when I stated that I still didn't understand!! I'm so happy we found WellQuest! After realizing we needed a new primary care doctor, we gave this office a try. My husband sees Cheryl and she has done more in the few months he's seen her than our previous doctor did in YEARS. She has given us a glimmer of hope and it's completely changed our lives. All staff members are polite, kind, and seem to really care for you. The clinic is extremely clean & very well decorated. They are very nice and very polite. But at the same time, one of the doctor's didn't seem to care, plus they had trouble getting my paperwork faxed. So I will not be going back to WellQuest I've found a better place, and a better caring doctor.
I have had a very pleasant experience at WellQuest! They are always friendly, their facilities are clean and new and nice and the doctors are very nice! I'd recommend them to anyone!
