Very impressive nurse practitioner. She listened to me, did a good workup and I was out of there quickly. My concern going to any health care place is they typically do defensive health care. As a 68 yr old they want a complete cardiac workup when you say I have a chest cold and am short of breath. Instead of doing the obvious and treating the chest cold they spend ur money on lab test, X-rays, EKG. I didn’t have to wait long. I didn’t have to sit and I’m waiting room with sick people and Patrick was wonderful.
Booked my visit on line easily, was treated quickly and professionally and despite being angry at the tick that bit me, it was a great experience.
I was visiting this area from out of town and this was the closest urgent care. I wish I had one of these at home! I got an appointment right away on line & was seen at my appointment time. The nurse and PA were helpful and informative. The waiting room was awesome! They had a Pac-Man game machine, smoothie machine and a coffee station. They called my Prescription into a CVS pharmacy right across the street and my prescription was ready within 10 minutes of me getting there.
