Staff were very helpful and kind. PA listened to me was quick to diagnose the issue! Feel much better now a week later! Thank you! It’s so nice to have an urgent care with qualified staff that care!
Helpful and quick
Great personalized care. The provider was great. Listened to me and the staff was friendly and attentive. The wait time was reasonable short. I was treated quickly. I would recommend Wellnow to anyone!
Great patient care
To start with the positives, the wait time was short and the doctor and staff were friendly. However, I don't know that you can trust a word out of their mouths. I went in with flu like and UTI symptoms. Both of these cause a fever and a fever causes a slightly elevated heart rate. This is normal and my heart rate was slightly elevated. They issued me an incorrect prescription and told me that if my heart rate wasn't "back to normal by morning" that I needed to rush to the emergency room or I could have a heart attack.
