Very polite and courteous, did not wait long. Great staff all and diagnosis quickly. Great place to be seen for quick diagnosis.
I walked in after home testing positive for COVID. There was no wait, I was escorted to an exam room where almost immediately an assistant took my vitals and another COVID test. About 7 min later the Doctor came in, reviewed my meds and explained what we would be doing to treat COVID. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of all staff, cleanliness of facility and knowledge and care given by physician. Rates a 10!
I always go to Thompson road in Syracuse. Nurses and PA’s are always so nice and welcoming. As long as you make an appointment it only takes 30min to a hour. Very clean inside and always listen to what your concerns are.
My experience was great. The only thing I might change is the check-in process. I came in by myself the receptionist was busy and did not say anything to me. I did not know I had to scan a QR code to fill out information if I didn't schedule an appointment. Also when you're sick and you go into an urgent care place you really don't feel like filling out the information yourself. Why can't the receptionist do it for us
I needed a tetanus booster after cutting myself on chicken wire and was able to call for an early morning appointment on Sunday. I was seen promptly, examined by caring and knowledgeable staff, and given the vaccination. Thank you!
