Jackie, the nurse practitioner was excellent. Very thorough with a great bedside manor. The front desk person was so sweet and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the two of them. Kevin, the nurse, however, was awful. He was terrible at communicating. Lacked any kind of empathy, emotional support, just nothing. A robot would have been nicer. He didn't seem interested in anything I said about symptoms. Wrote down one word and left. Terrible bedside manor.
Pleasant people work there and I was seen quickly. Highly recommend this facility for urgent care.
Staff and provider Charity were very professional. Online scheduling was easier than expected. Excellent diagnosis and I was in/out in 45 minutes!
Took my mother here today and by far worse place and I'm on my lunch break and been here since 10:30am and then walk in you gotta take for ever to fill out preregistration forms and for someone on a tight work schedule they take for ever and what the jobs with the people behind the desk like everything is done online now what a joke then why having people sitting at the front desk then
