My experience at the WellNow on Empire Blvd and Bay Rd was incredible. From the girl that checked me in to the PA, Adrianna Piccone. Had a deep cut on my hand that needed stitches. I got there at 8 am and was stitched up and on my way home by 8:45 am. They made sure my tetanus was up to date too. So grateful for them.

The PA was efficient and smarter than most doctors I see. Diagnosed the problem and prescribed medication. Quick and thorough
I was not happy about having to go to an Urgent Care facility, but just having moved to the area and not having a PCP I found myself in need of care. Wow! I could not have been happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and treated with compassion until the moment I walked out less than a half hour later!!! No waiting! I felt heard, and validated, and two days later I am feeling MUCH better! I would return here in a heartbeat!
I went to Well Care on Sunday Nov 16 2025. They checked my vitals and after l told them what was wrong told me to go to the hospital, they gave me a write up to give them on what was wrong. My nose was bleeding Sat night for 1 1/2:hrs. The blood went down my throat it was like l was drinking water. Stopped bleeding and went to bed 2 hrs later. Felt light headed and dizzy.
