The staff at WellNow Urgent Care on Empire Boulevard are phenomenal—professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable. They provided exceptional customer service and guided me through the patient registration process with ease. I especially appreciated their understanding and flexibility when I needed to use the restroom before completing my drug screening. Despite that, they ensured the process moved along efficiently and helped me complete my screening quickly. Overall, it was a positive experience!
9:00 appt at request of doctor at visit 6 days prior 5 people ahead at check in at reception: need insurance information, reason for visit (I was just there 6 days ago) 10-20 minutes in waiting room into exam room, nurse talking through mask making almost zero eye contact 10:00 left facility without seeing anyone no one at reception desk just walked out not happy bad vibes
