Came here with my husband because his doctor recommended urgent care as he was short of breath from an upper respiratory issue. There are signs all over the place to inform staff of shortness of breath. So I did. Nothing. And we waited an hour for him to be seen. Crazy long lines for people receiving physicals and drug tests.
Everyone was very kind, professional, knowledgeable. Jessica was very gentle performing the procedure that was needed.
The doctors and nurses made my 2 year old feel welcome and happy during the appointment. She was sick and in a bad mood for a couple days but after leaving their office she was much better. They were gentle and tried to make her feel as comfortable as possible. I would definitely bring her back again.
Admin and nursing staff are miserable in exception to the one lady that has been at the front desk for years. We have always had a great experience over the years coming 2-3 times per year for my family of 5, but the most recent visit today was not the same. The staff is very snappy and makes unkind remarks “I don’t know what to tell you” was one of them. I understand that the healthcare system is strained, but customer service goes a long way and the current team needs a refresher.
The doctor was kind, funny, and cared about my sick child, place was very clean Waited less than 20 minutes Colleen at front desk was super nice. Coffee also was nice to offer Way better than rome dirty stingy well now.
