Easy to make an appt on a day when my GP is not available. Walk-in and seen within 45 minutes. Staff was helpful and NP knowledgeable.
Won’t help look up your information even if they take your ins! Will just make you pay out of pocket or refuse to help.
Updating to add my response to your generic reply: Thank you for the response. My concern isn't that an unexpected closure occurred. My concern is that your online scheduling system allowed patients to book appointments for a clinic that was already closed, and there was no notice online indicating that.
