I was absolutely impressed with this urgent care. We were on vacation at Great Wolf Lodge when I suddenly couldn't swallow. We chose this location because it was across the street. Everyone was extremely kind. It was very clean and they were great with my family. The PA was amazing. They got me quick test results, the right antibiotics, and went above and beyond to help get me immediate relief. Thank you so much!!!
Took my 18 month old here after puking and running a fever we couldn’t beat they kept claiming they couldn’t connect to my insurance and wouldn’t see her ended up in the emergency for them to get insurance approval in about five minutes and her into a room definitely won’t be returning to this urgent care definitely not impressed at all!
We had a great experience. Doctor was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything she was doing and why. Very quick in and out and she made us feel like we weren't forgotten about.
I am a repeat visitor to WellNow Urgent Care. I have never been disappointed with any of the staff from the front desk staff all the way to the Dr's. The provider I had last night was Karen Lowe and I was treated with such kindness and compassion. They are kind, professional, efficient, personable, patient and they will joke right back with you.
