Worst urgent care I’ve been to. I needed a Tb test done. When I returned to have it resulted it took them a full hour after registration to do so. This was on a non-busy weekday afternoon. It took this clinic a full hour to look at my arm and print a piece of paper. Also it is my personal opinion that they are engaging in professional misconduct.They asked for payment for the Tb test. I had a really good experience at well now. I had a big gash in my head that they stapled up and I didn’t have to wait. Five hours at Munson emergency it was very quick. I was out of there within 45 minutes. Thank you well now.
Super weird experience where they wouldn't even look up our information from previous visits. Just said they had to have a physical insurance card. Which we dont have. our insurance sent us a digital card which we've used successfully at dozens of other places... Including this one, with no problem. I've emailed it and texted it and shown it at the offices of so many other offices with zero problems. One office even photocopied my phone screen just like a physical card. But ok. Great service, with little to no wait time. Easy on-line scheduling, and friendly, professional staff.
I didn’t mind the service I received. Basic - came in for a simple urine sample/culture. Never in my life have I been charged more than the copay, not even in the E.R. Now they keep bothering me about paying $265 for a test I’m assuming insurance did not cover and one I DID NOT ask for… also I still had to go to the E.R. days after. I saw reviews saying this about it but assumed it wouldn’t happen to me because it never has before. So just be careful.
