Everyone was so nice.. treated me great. Great hospitality very nice and clean, and the nurse practitioner was so sweet and nonjudgmental. The front desk staff was super nice too!!
Was easiest urgent Care experience I have ever had. I was able to get an appointment set and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The team was warm and addressed my needs. Would not hesitate to recommend if looking for immediate care.
This was my first time visiting this urgent care, and I could not be more impressed. My three-year-old son needed stitches after an incident at school, and every single person we encountered was amazing. The receptionist, nurses, and doctor all went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during a stressful situation. They were amazing. Went in due to an allergic reaction and had a snaffuu with insurance stuff but they figured it out for me!! And it was so fast there. They were all lovely and helpful. I was out of there to pick up a prescription within 30-40 minutes. Thank you!
I went in with chronic shortness of breath and was treated very well by all staff members. Emma even went further after sending me off with no answers to consult with her collegue. She called me after I left and told me to go to the er. She was genuinely concerned about my well being. I appreciated that. Also,my first impression of the facility was that it was very clean and inviting. Theres a full sized pacman game for entertainment and refreshments including slushies! Thank you WellNow team!
