I went in with pain in my eye. Joy addressed the problem in a series of steps that resolved it. I had to wait a little before getting to see her, because I didn’t realize I could have made an appointment online. The staff were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend WellNow for urgent care.
Staff was professional and friendly. They get right to work so the wait is short. Overall I had a great experience.
Went in with a sick child, came out after 10 minutes with a bill enough to cover Covid and influenza tests for all of Saratoga Springs. What a total rip off. Classic nickel and diming from this company. One and done for me, will never patronize them again.
