Yes I think WellNow is excellent, and an important clinic to go to if you are ill and other health problems that goes on with you and I'm very glad that Wellnow service people and patience around the community which is very important to have around for us so they can take care of our needs and health wise

From the front desk to the nurse who took care of my wound and the doctor who stitched it up they all explained everything that was going to happen they were all great thanks

Made an appointment for 2:24. Showed up 10 minutes early and got put into a room as soon as I got there and was told “You will be seen soon”. I was unaware that “soon” meant 1 hour and 20 minutes, and that was just to see a nurse. It was an additional 20 minutes to see the doctor. They don’t honor your appointment but would probably get upset if you were the one that was late to it. Then I thought maybe this was just a one time thing. If you make an appointment they will not care about it. You will sit there and wait 1 hour minimum, and that’s just to get into the room and get your vitals taken. Then a physician will see you in about 20 more minutes after. If you need a referral to another office they will not fax it over for you, they rather make it hard for the patient and give them a piece of paper for you to setup an appointment and have to travel twice to where ever you wanna go. They cannot complete simple tasks it’s embarrassing

Quick service, less waiting, friendly atmosphere of med staff, moreover, attending nurse and attending physician were never in a rush finds time for the patient to listen and explain the issue, extremely satisfied ..... I visited the Erie Bivd. location.
