Refuse to let you speak to an actual human on the phone, you can literally hear someone pressing buttons to prompt responses from the “virtual assistant” and if you do make it through they give the “we are experiencing the most calls ever in human history and have to put you on hold” 15 minutes later you’re still on hold, must be the busiest urgent care in the world. Place is a joke, have the simplest questions that some silly phone robot cannot answer clearly and I can’t even get an actual human on the phone.
I came here to get a abscess drained and the front desk told me 175$ so I paid it. Why did I just receive a scheduled payment that I never made for the 29th for the amount of 150$. Keep in mind this was sent to me at 7pm on a Saturday. No call, no email, nothing besides a text for a scheduled payment that I NEVER made. That has been canceled and I have turned off autopay and changed my card details. If you continue to try to schedule me false charges as if I made them I will be contacting my lawyer. I made an appointment but there were lots of people ahead of me, so I had to wait anyway. Not sure why they bother scheduling appointments but the care of received was top notch, from the nurse to the dr. They were kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I have a chronic illness that makes everything more complicated when I'm sick and they were on top of it. Even brought me water:) Thanks again to all of you. I know your job is not easy.
