Worst well now location by far, made an appointment for my kids physical at 9, got put in a room & didn’t get seen til 11:15. They are quick to take the money but not quick to see you. What’s the point of a appointment then
My first time going to an Urgent care facility and at Wellnow Urgent Care they were so very friendly clean facility most hospitable people i have ever met.I will definitely be going there in the future for my basic emergency needs. TYSM for all that you ALL do.
I recently went to this wellnow and the nurses at this location are great and I saw a female doctor. I had no complaints, but I came in today with my partner after he had been injured on his way home from work… There was abrasions on both hands and one knee. The nurse that took us in was kind and listened to us. When the physician came in to see us, it definitely wasn’t as pleasant of an experience.
