I had a terribly plugged right ear for several days and made an appointment and was seen within moments of arrival. The nurse was able to flush my ear and clear it out, which was a huge relief. It’s a wonderful facility to have nearby and would encourage anyone haveing an issues to utilize their services
Examined within 5 minutes of arrival, staff professional and friendly, took care of my minor health issue quickly.
Had a charge I wasn't informed about, never contacted and then sent to collections for $106. What a joke. If I ever have an issue Ill go down the street. Absolutely furious of the incompetence. * Just called the number they gave me to maybe clear this up and it's wrong. Great job
I have been going here for 7 years. I have never had one person be rude to me, from the front desk, all the way through to the back. Today I had my first experience with a very rude and condescending employee. I understand being in the healthcare business and having a frustrating day. I have never in my 30 years as a healthcare provider, took out my personal issues on a patient. Please do not think this is a bad place, because I have nothing but five star reviews to give except for this one woman.
