I was pleased to be able to schedule an appointment online in a timely manner. Once I arrived, waited only a few minutes to be checked in and taken right back to an exam room. Unfortunately, once my initial vitals and lab specimen collected I waited in the exam room for 45 minutes to see a provider. My provider was very nice and very quick but thorough. WellNow is a clinic where the staff is very friendly and attends to patients quickly; the accuracy of their diagnoses has made it a reliable place.
Excellent urgent care. Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurses, X-ray techs, and doctor were very kind and helpful. I felt very well looked after.
I was under-whelmed by my contact/service provided by receptionist and the LPN who called me back to my room. Very cut and dry, despite my attempts to connect with each. I’m the one who came in with serious postop pain and swelling, yet I was the one trying to lighten the mood. By nature, I do tend to be a positive person. I will say, however, the PA was very engaging and personable!!!!
Staff was very helpful and kind. I had to call their desk a few times for insurance purposes and the front desk was patient and helpful. Got in a room and saw the doctor right away. The xray tech’s were kind and gentle and all-in-all everyone helped and were swift!
