I've been coming here awhile. This was my boyfriends 2nd visit. I work for Anthem BCBS & knowledgeable regarding co-pays and OOP. He does not have a copay for urgent or ER care. Therefore, they should not request one up-front and instead, bill him at the address on file. Last year when we he came, they did not request a copay or any OOP expenses before being seen. UPDATE TO PREVIOUS 5 STAR REVIEW: WellNow charged me $60 when I went in with my insurance. I expressed at the time that I didn't think that was right, but I paid it because I wasn't sure. I later confirmed with my insurance that my copay was only $40. I called WellNow billing, who told me the amount I was charged was only an estimate and I would have to wait about a month to receive a bill from WellNow and then call back in again to request a refund. They had me out in less than an hour. Very professional staff!
The absolute BEST experience I have ever had at any urgent/immediate care! My son had an accident in our backyard and needed stitches. They treated him like he was their own, and everyone was so incredibly sweet and kind. Thank you for taking such a great care of my son! 🤎🤎🤎
The staff was very courteous and thoughtful and listened to my issues. Resolved, explained and treated my problem. They also followed up to make sure I have my medication and am taking it properly.
