Amy provides great somatic experiencing. A very gradual experience to first build safety to eventually in the future lead to gentle discharge without re- traumatizing the person. My anxiety symptoms have diminished by 90%. My 2 hr routine that involved long periods of meditation, strenuous exercise, yoga to just feel “ ok” are a thing of the past. Amy goes deep into nervous system work and provides deep healing. Highly recommend
