Called to book an appointment, I was just checking if they were available on Friday morning and the staff was very rude saying they were fully booked, and I only said “oh really fully booked.. so nothing left on Friday afternoon right?” And the staff continued his rudeness and told me off “you are not urged to see a doctor anyway!!” I was so confused the whole time that why were I treated that way, I was just calling to book for an appt, don’t know what is wrong with the person over the phone.
