This isn't one of those crossfit gyms that has given crossfit a bad rep. The instructors are tentative to FORM and guide you in learning it properly. And don't worry about being in a rush to put up a lot of weight because everyone at this gym is so nice that you will want to come everyday and be sad when there isn't a WOD on Sunday :)
