If you're curious about Crossfit, don't hesitate to check it out--all workouts are calibrated to your level of fitness. Can't say enough positive things about Mark, Loretta, and the rest of the staff!
Love the warm welcoming staff, knowledgeable trainers, and the family atmosphere. They have a nutritionist on site and advocare products to maximize your weight loss. This gym is more than a gym offering many different classes for all ages and fitness levels. With Crossfit, yoga, weight training with Personal trainers, and kick boxing they keep staying fit fun!! Come join the family so you can build a better you because you want to feeling great!!
Used to love working out here when I was living in Great Bridge. Everyone was friendly and made you feel like family.
Today was my first day, and I am so impressed with the professionalism and friendly staff. I have a long way to go, but I know that I will be successful at Wellness One Fitness /CrossFit Great Bridge!
