Someone I deeply care about has been attending their IOP for substance abuse and they couldn’t be more bitterly disappointed with their experience. They haven’t gotten any help that they really do need.., which is horrible considering they are going to therapy for something that is life threatening. It’s a 2 hour group and the group facilitator allows one group member to ramble almost the whole session at the other clients expense.
They are so amazing make's you feel heard and helps you anyway they possibly can, they make you feel like family, i love them so much
Mark and his team have been a staple in my referral program for years. One of the only colleagues that always has time to talk, quick to help, but does not entertain anyone he cannot treat is very honest and is 100% in this for his patients/ clientele. I wish I had done this review a long time ago… thank you for all you do!
