Used to be a 55+ community. Some of the originals are still there. It was a wonderful community but over the years they allowed anyone in. Having to deal with nasty and rude office workers ( do your job and stop treating people like dirt. ), neighbors not being considerate of others with loud noise, the smell of weed coming through the floor and walls to other units ( like walking into your bathroom and getting hit with the strong smell), people parking so close to you that you can't get into your vehicle, then want to fight... read more
management and maintenance are not only extremely efficient and helpful but so kind, especially Tracy and Lance! neighbors have all been super friendly - even host cookouts every so often! i’ve loved living here and truly have no complaints. :)
