My husband was at Wellington for about 6 months after a stroke in July 2025. He arrived at Wellington on August 12 and from our first day to our last day there Cynthia, the social worker, was absolutely amazing. She answered any questions I had and found any answers she didn't already have. She truly helped in any way she could whenever asked and made my concerns her concerns. BEWARE! BE CAREFUL! THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP!!!! There are some good staff members here but they are always understaffed. They force CNAs to cover 15 or more residents by themselves. It's all about the MONEY. ONE DAY HERE AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND. The residents are NOT taken care of like they should be. Many go without baths and much more. Staffing is horrible. My father Paul Walker has been a client at Wellington Nursing & Rehabilitation for several years, Mrs Cynthia his social worker and Nurse Belinda have been amazing through this journey with my dad Especially as I live several states away. They have been so compassionate and helpful, they truly have been GOD sent. I have a friend in there, he is there for rehab, the service is horrible, if you ask a question it like you are bothering them, it took them 3 days to get clean towel and it’s no hot water on his hall, if you love your love ones, please don’t put them here.
