Horrible place. If I could give them no stars I would. The Administrative staff, Caseworker and Supervisor very unprofessional. When I request to speak with next level Management, Supervisor on duty that evening would not provide me with that information. I recorded the Caseworker and Admin staff being unprofessional, threatening me and acting like they want to fight me. Trying to grab my phone and stop me from recording. They are understaffed and your love one will return to the hospital quickly after 1-2 night staff there.... read more
Caring attentive staff. Many of the employees became our friends the 3 weeks our Mom was there was a sad experience made better by them.
My husband was at Wellington for about 6 months after a stroke in July 2025. He arrived at Wellington on August 12 and from our first day to our last day there Cynthia, the social worker, was absolutely amazing. She answered any questions I had and found any answers she didn't already have. She truly helped in any way she could whenever asked and made my concerns her concerns. BEWARE! BE CAREFUL! THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP!!!! There are some good staff members here but they are always understaffed. They force CNAs to cover 15 or more residents by themselves. It's all about the MONEY. ONE DAY HERE AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND. The residents are NOT taken care of like they should be. Many go without baths and much more. Staffing is horrible.
