RecommendedWe have lived here for about 9 months now and can say that this is, and always has been a great place to live! Our home is beautiful, the property is great, clean, safe and beautiful and Is very family friendly. It’s very dog friendly as well, and our Retriever loves living here and meeting other pups. I recommend this apartment complex, I have lived here for 18 months, I am moving back to Kansas or I would live here forever, there is not one person on staff that is not helpful. they have become my family and I am going to miss them. now for my apartment if I could I would pack that up and move it too, beautiful, easy to maintain, quiet, electric never over $125.00 I like a cold house in summer, and warm in weather if you even have to run heater, bill as low as 45.00. Wellington Grande is amazing! The staff feels like family and goes beyond the norm to exceed your needs. The area is safe, my 22 month old and I walk around the complex daily. And it’s so CLEAN!!! Beautiful, quiet, clean and affordable! I feel like I live at a resort sometimes between the grounds keeping and the pool area! ❤️ If you’re looking for an amazing place to live look no further!
My wife and I loved our apartment home! We had the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with attached garage variation. It was amazing! Great place to live and a great location. We would recommend this place to anyone!
