The rent is too high, the apt was not bear that value. They attempted to "beautify" the complex, however only made superficial changes to the outside. These included removing the grassy areas where the kids played and replacing them with gravel and BBQ pits that are rarely used, and when used are not cleaned. There was a severe roach problem as well.
