They either need to hire someone with years of real estate experience and know what there doing or hire new smarter and responsible. Having an employee refused to let a customer make a payment, then says that we have all these late fees out of no where, when there already paid off with proof... then says we refuse to make payments...is unprofessional. Everyone here is so pleasant. It's quiet, which is a surprise in such a large complex.! As for the apartment! Beautiful! No one minds if you put in improvements for someone like me who has difficulty walking. It really feels like home. Thank you to the people who are responsible for keeping the grounds and who are so prompt in doing repairs. This all makes it feel like "home."
