They will rape you on rent, there is no rent increase cap laws here. No pool for this summer either. Nice ladies in the office That's why I gave a rating of 2 star and unfortunately they can't help you lower the sting of the outrageous jump in rent price when your lease ends ($400 jump a month). It is a convenient location. I'll save money and move somewhere else.
The assistant manager here is absolutely amazing and made us feel so much better about everything. Thank you for turning our experience into a good one! �
