RecommendedLove, love, love it here! My two kids and I moved in back in April 2018, and have loved every minute since! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Our apartment is just right for the three of us. Kristina, Erin, and Chris are the best! 😍
Frankie and Bri consistently provides the very best customer relations that I have ever experienced in all of my luxary apartment living! No place is perfect so I cant even fathom how this place can receive bad reviews, but however the maitanance staff are awesome people and the community itself is awesome. We decided to stay for another year.
I have been living at the Wellington Apartments for 7 months and have been very happy. I am close to everything and I really like the staff specifically Briana and Frankie. Any issues, they are always right on it. I have decided to re-new my lease for another year!
Amazing location amazing events! Just won 70 dollars worth of gift cards at Bingo! Right across the street from the mall. Ladies in the office are fantastic as well. This place deserves some better reviews!
Excellent location, within walking distance to stores.I wish they would enforce the parking without us having to call for towing for those who are too lazy to find clear unnumbered spot. Numbered spots are for residence that pay for the parking spot. Just because no car in not in a numbered spot doesn't mean just anyone can park in a numbered spot, most likely someone is already PAYING for that numbered spot .
If i could give this apartment negative stars i would. Giving them 1 star would be to much. This place is a joke. Not only do they rape you on rent, they illegally tow your vehicle, do not provide enough parking, the amenities are never available, there is no poop stations available and dog feces EVERYWHERE. This is the absolute worst place i have ever lived. When we moved in there were screens falling off the windows, cracked tiles near fire place, bathroom shower head broke among other things.
