The ONLY good thing about this complex is the maintenance staff. The neighbors are noisy and disrespectful. No matter what kind of proof you have that they are violating their lease over and over, nothing will be done. The office staff has the highest turnover I’ve ever seen. The lack of communication and professionalism is unbelievable. Parking if you have more than one car is incredibly difficult because nothing is enforced and trash is left everywhere. New management is terrible, uncaring and the Apts’s will charge you for EVERYTHING WHEN YOU LEAVE! New management is unprofessional and should not have this position! Getting ahold of anyone above her to help you is impossible! I would pick a card board box before this place ever! Save your money or go see the old manager that’s now at The Reserve! She is fantastic.
RecommendedThe Wellington is the best home I have ever had. The buildings are beautiful and modern, the clubhouse is the cutest one I’ve ever seen, and the staff is beyond amazing. Maintenance is on top of it, and are super nice, respectful and professional in our home. The office staff are all the absolute most amazing people ever. Erin is an absolute wonderful person and I am so thankful she found us our home and has continued making our apartment experience the best imaginable. Thank you Wellington staff

The Wellington is so great not only the office staff Erin & Kristina who are so welcoming always have a great attitude with everyone they encounter ! They keep the office environment light and comforting with yummy snacks as well as there inviting personalities . ! Defiantly recommend !!
