Highly recommend Bec and the team at Wellgevity. I organise retreats for young adults with arthritis and consistently choose Bec and the Wellgevity team to instruct private sessions for our group. Highly recommend! Bec and Renee made our Hen's weekend super special with a private group yoga class on the beach. Bec went above and beyond to make the experience smooth, even speaking to the local sailing club to ensure we weren't in their path. She kindly took photos so that we had a momento to remember the experience by. Renee, our teacher, created a beautiful space and an accessible and fun class. Thank you to both of you, it was a real highlight!

Whilst on holiday i like to keep active. I came across Bec and did a few 1 on 1 Barre sessions. She was amazing and worked me hard. Bec focused on the areas I requested and really catered the workout for me. I got extreme value out of the 1 hour sessions I had with her. Not only a great instructor but a lovely person.
