So far so good!!! I have now been a handful of times and every time has been very pleasant and quick!! I really appreciate the hours that they are open, and that they are open both Saturday AND Sunday!! That’s amazing! I also like that they do X-rays right there on the premises! You can use them as a minute clinic, urgent care, or even your primary doctor!! I’ve been recommending it to all my friends and family and even hung one of your fliers up in my office at work!
Looked online and saw that they close at 8PM. Drove all the way over to Nederland and got there at 7:45PM. Was told they were not taking any more patients for the day because the nurse practitioner still had patients in the back and she still had to chart. They need to advertise that they are only open until 7 or 7:30 or whatever their cut off time is. If they will only accept patients after a certain time people should know that ahead of time. We arrived at 9:35 and at 11:15 they still had not been in to see my daughter! Ridiculous!! Will never return!!
Always polite staff. Quick service and takes regular copay.
Was on the weight loss program and they tell you that they want you to lose 2 pounds a week. Ok . I go weekly for injections . Last week 3 lbs down. This week 1 lbs. Ok so we can't refill prescription. What? This is a program. So if I needed medication last week it be ok? Fyi in 8 weeks I've lost 20lbs which on average is more than 2 lbs a week. Will never go back!
I'm thankful they are open on a Sunday and I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was really nice and very helpful.
