RecommendedI can’t see where to put 5 out of 5. I give a 100. Let me say my visit at Wellfast Health you this Saturday was so professional and my nurse practitioner Jeannie Johnson was very thorough. She actually read all my records I brought in and did not hesitate to refer me to an endocrinologist after feeling nodules on my thyroid. I wasn’t even in there for that. They also took all Covid-19 precautions. Everyone masked. Hand sanitizer. Sitting 6 feet away. Will totally go back. Worth the drive from Lumberton.
RecommendedWe will definitely go back. Very nice and helpful staff. Great hours, and they are open on Saturdays and Sundays. Took my daughter after work hours, got in and out quickly with her RX and just had to pay office visit co-pay!!

Used to be a great facility, but not so much anymore! They advertise as a primary care facility and that you will only pay your copay! Now they are apparently billing as an urgent care facility, which with a lot of insurance plans means the deductible or a higher copay applies! I’ve tried handling my issue over the phone twice and it seems the person who handles billing/insurance is never there! It’s kind of hard to do a job if you’re never in the office!
