JOY SMOTHERS IS A HORRIBLE ATTEMPT AT A REALTOR!! From the leasing aspect, this company is absolutely terrible. Will never recommend going through Welles Bowen to anyone. Joy did not grant us a final walk through before our move out date, instead emailed and said "leave your keys in the mailbox". She then charged $600 for lawn care and a broken window in which she could never prove to us was actually broken.
