My father-in-law spent 12 days at Wellbrooke. During his stay he fell twice, only one was documented, had one shower and had to ask for his medicine. No one will take responsibility for anything when you question why something was or wasn't done. The doctor who saw him within the first 24 hours he was there, spent maybe 10 minutes with him and changed 3 of his meds without notifying him or the family.
