RecommendedI have been a member of Wellbridge for many years. I enjoy a lot of the instructors, trainers and staff. The club has always remained clean and not so overwhelmingly crowded. I really love the camaraderie there. Great place to workout and the spa is also great place to relax.
RecommendedWellbridge is for the established and seasoned professional as well as the serious athlete. With Master & Elite trainers on staff, Wellbridge is finest training faculty. Come in and change your life . Let me help you bridge over to wellness.
Get rid of current management, pay a decent wage, work hard on turnover rate, provide classes to GM's and upper leadership on managing employees, customer service skills, and add HR to every club so they are there on site.
RecommendedIt's employees; up to date equipment; great massages; great personal trainers
Poor upkeep. Outdated and broken equipment. Chronic issues with maintenance and sanitation. A deteriorating club. They allow a swim team to take all lanes from 4:30-6:30 (prime member swim hours) and Mon/Wed/Fri from 12-1:15 (also prime work out hours). They are shoving as many people as they can into the club with horrible customer service and retention. I wish there was compensation.
