RecommendedI have been a member for 12 or more years, and the new club is going to be just great. Had a little taste on Friday with Matt Trimarke in a group session. The new equipment is state of the art, so much more than weights! Yoga, kettle bell, Pilates, and so many more classes! Personal training one-on-one or in groups, maybe even some cross-training.
