After 4 hours with a half cut off and bleeding finger we were seen. The pa couldn't get my 6 year olds finger numb much less stitched up. Finally Dr comes in and stitches it. It doesn't look good so going to see regular Dr tomorrow. Didn't take her insurance so they wouldn't let us leave till we played them 280 dollars. Will not come back.
We loved this urgent Care center!!! We were on vacation in Pigeon Forge and I developed a UTI overnight. We we're within a few miles of this location and they opened at 8am. The staff here we're so kind and helpful. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. We will always go here from now on if in need of urgent care while on vacation in this area.
