Waited 4 hours to be seen only to be told there’s nothing that could be done for me except a steroid shot. Did not seem to know much about what was going on with my voice, and could not believe that it took an hour from the time the nurse left to the doctor coming in, and then again another 45 minutes from when the doctor left to return. Will not be returning again, and almost left due to the wait time and no apology about how long it was taking.
RecommendedI am here on vacation and developed a sinus problem. The care here was excellent. A very caring staff and NP, Lauren Lowry is extremely knowledgeable. Ihighly recommend them.
