Was referred to Well Hung Garage Doors by a neighbor. Scheduled an appointment with James and he was right on time! Evaluated my doors, made recommendations, and asked what would I like to do. James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did not push a sale. The prices were very good and even shocked me at the quality of parts and work I got got that amount. Highly Recommend! We called this company today due to our garage door being completely off its rails and the tension off on one side (the wife backed into the door), we were quoted a time in the afternoon and low and behold they called back and came within the hour. Not even an hour later our door was fixed like new, no need for a replacement (we thought it was a total loss of our garage door) the cost was extremely low considering what was done and the service was proffessional and quick. Very happy with the service they provide it. They have great customer service skills from the person that reply to me on Facebook to their office personnel and the technician that came out. He explained everything in detail. Will definitely recommend
One phone call to Jackie, appointment made to suit our schedule and James is waiting at our home when we arrive. Both doors , keypad and remotes had issues. James fixes everything within 40 minutes including items we had missed. As always, job very well done!
